Q) Can you save me my deductible?
A) No... By law you MUST pay your deductible, however we do offer a deferred deductible plan which means you can still get your car fixed with no deductible due now.

Q) Do you only work on Fords?
A) Absolutely not! We work on all makes and models of cars and trucks including those which other local Chicago body shops won't touch including exotic cars, super cars, rod and customs, hot rods, muscle cars and antique cars.

Q) Do you do insurance work?
A) We provide computerized estimating, digital photos and electronic uploads to your auto insurance agent or claim rep.

Q) Can I use Packey Webb Bodyshop? My insurance told me to go to a different body shop.
A) YES, you can use Packey Webb Bodyshop for insurance repairs! We do participate with major insurance carrier's Direct Repair Programs, but it's important for you to know that as a consumer, that you have the right to choose your repairer. It's illegal for insurance companies to "steer" vehicle owners to a particular "network" body shop for insurance claim repairs, yet it's common practice! Q) Can you match the color paint on my car?
A) Absolutely! We utilize a computerized paint mixing system which our expert painter uses to match the factory color for your vehicle. If the color is custom, faded or has been repainted, we tint to match and blend adjacent panels to achieve a perfect color match.

A) We offer body kit painting and installation: Mustang Body Kits.
